I drive an old Blown 94 Cobra with 64K on it, it has every bolt on known to man, from top to bottom, she is garaged and never ran hard, want to keep it for a while. I am new to the board but Jason and a few others know who I am or have seen my car around. Like always, keep at it, work hard, and the it will come to you sooner than later in life.


If I can help anyone with Blower question, I will try. I do run the PIH conversion computer kit and a piggybacked 2004 Anderson PMS with EUGO 1000 Wideband. Edelbrock RPM-2 intake and heads, Rick Anderson custom blower cam, reworked impeller S Trim Vortech blower, 50LB injectors, Anderson's Huge MONDO Bypass kit (no venting just slows you down)Vortech's Mondo Bypass valve, and so the list goes on.

Yeah man, Winner's circle. Granted its in Peoria and you're in B/N. But they carry a lot of cool junk in stock (especially for us mustang owners) and can get about anything any major company makes. And they'll about always be able to get it in your hands for the same price as the summit/jegs catalogs advertise. I don't think I know anyone who's ever had a bad experience there.

Plus I just have a thing in general... if its something I can buy locally, I'll do it instead of ordering from a catalog/website unless there is a HUGE price difference. And if I can get it from someplace locally owned as opposed to a national chain (I.E. I'll go to sound of peoria for a CD player before best buy) I'll do that too, again unless its a massive price difference. Maybe its a side effect of majoring in business for 5 years and wanting to see people with the cajones to start a business succeed.

What's happening Jake? I'm getting my LCA's on that should help. Also going to stiffin my torque arm and poly bushing it. Then lower the tire pressure. I'll probably be going back next weekend if weather is ok.

whats up all. Name's Alan (They Call me Nanner though)... i drive the white sunfire with the tinted windows and fart pipe (although that prolly doesnt narrow it down). Its my daily driver/work car with 145xxx miles on it. My wife's car is the White Cobalt SS (with the SS Supercharged wing on it that Rizzo painted for me :-D, and the fart pipe) that you all probably see in pekin or on 29 to east peoria. She says she gets all sorts of people trying to dick with her on the way to work (3rd shift). A lot of you guys i've seen over the years, just putting voices with names and cars now ;-)

Thanks guys. Sure, you can have a ride in the Pcar if it ever runs =\ Full race suspension, seats, belts, weight reduction, etc....but a bit underpowered motor. You didn't happen to be at an SCCA autoX this past summer at Parkland, did you? Vaguely recall meeting 2 guys with black WRXs there...
