thinking about a new hood with a rip snorting cold air scoop on it. looking for inspiration pics get my azz motivated! thinking about a small cowl hood or SixPak forward facing, and seal it to the aircleaner base.......

I need to finish mine this spring, should be unique and a one of a kind..type of deal. I am interested in following this thread.

was their more to that link than pictures? For me, the issue I ran into was havnig enough room to run a Dual cold air kit (if it Rained) along with the Ram Air.

and something like the one right next to the red "Availability" paragraph. It's from the late 60's Camaro's and has a rubber seal around the aircleaner to seal to hood from underneath:

Thats for a cowl hood though.. Not sure if there is a pre done platform for forward facing scoops..

Port holio, I will find some pics from when I started my project and show you what my plans are, might help with where you are going.

have you found that rubber seal for sale at a reason price?

YearOne isn't low buck, but they have all the components, and the seal is $40. The extension ring and sealing flange (glues to bottom of hood) are each $40 too.
