Did they used to call him kawasaki John? He looks like a guy that had a couple falcons and spent alot of time down at Jack Keedey's shop. Super nice guy! I haven't seen him since Jack passed.

I'm not sure about the Kawasaki John thing, but I know he mentioned the Falcons when we were talking yesterday, and he is definitely a super nice guy! He will likely see this thread and respond to you. I will also post it on his Facebook page, because I know he checks it every day :)

If the Cobra (Factory Five) is from East Peoria and is green thats probably the one I did the texture PC on the roll bars, shifter panel and a bunch of other parts for......I never did get to see it in person when he was finished putting it together, but figured it would look neat.

Actually that is no were close to why the mods said no.

We said no because even though you do it for fun and we here at CSS and all the members appreciate it we have other members that try an complain about everything and if we allow you to have such a name it will give them a reason to bitch because they can not have a screen name with what they do for a living and or their company name. It all falls under our free advertising protection.

If we allowed that name then we would have to allow such names as auto detailer, stereo installer, house painter, pooper scooper, " I PAINT CARS" and how would that be fair to allow people to sudo advertise for free when it is the sponsors of this site that keep the site running by their donations.

So again CSS never said you were doing it for business but you have to understand we are just covering our self from future cry baby attacks. It is a shame you had to fall into that loop but blame the members that look for every reason to bend the rules of CSS as they complain about it yet come here and try to benefit from it for free but not pay to be a sponsor because they say no one on this site has money to utilize their product, or there is no reason to because this site has no real racers or car people on it with money.
