80 gig...if I set it to play an album it just sits there on track one, then it flies through the tracks stopping on another one only to not play it, and fly through more tracks, etc. etc. etc. ETC.!

I had a touch, but returned it because I only bought it for wifi...now that the Ipad is out, I would rather contemplate buying that.

I'm sure you've tried resetting the ipod. I had a couple that did that and it was DRM issues. I wouldn't give up on it, it still could be software.

my zune has the original battery. not sure how old it is but ive had it for about 2 months now and i know its at least 2 years old.

Yeah Kak. I had a ZuneHD, and a regular Zune before that. I love the zune, but my HD disappeared, so I'm now without a sweet superfly MP3 player. It's driving me crazy.
