2002 GMC Envoy cold start door button issue

My sister 2002 GMC Enovy has a problem. After sitting overnight or in a parking lot for a few hours, the buttons on the driver side door only do not work. So her window doesnt work, locks dont work, and so on. After 10-15 minutes the buttons will start working again. Does anybody have an idea of what this could be?

probly needs a new door switch..aka drivers door module...needs to be programmed at dealership..might also be a programm update that u could try first as they are kinda expensive
